Returns and Refunds Policy
Plant Returns and Refunds: We ship our plants as-is. There are no warranties implied and no guarantees made. We do not accept refunds and returns on plants. Plants include cacti and succulents.
Gifts and Other Items Returns and Refunds: If your item arrives damaged or if you did not receive the correct item, we will exchange your item for the same or similar product. If the item happens to no longer be in stock, we will issue you a refund. If you want to exchange an item (i.e. for a different size or color), you will be responsible for paying for shipping, both ways, to send the original item back and to have the exchanged item shipped to you.
Weather: During cold months or if you live in a cold climate, please consider notifying us to hold off shipping your plant until warmer weather. We cannot be responsible for any plants that freeze or are harmed by cold weather during shipping, and it is the customer’s responsibility to determine if excessive weather will impact the life and quality of plants.
